Analysis of the reasons for the poor rotation of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump:

1. The internal parts of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump are not demagnetized. All parts must be demagnetized before installation.

2. The coaxiality between the vertical multistage centrifugal pump and the engine coupling is poor. The coaxiality should be guaranteed within 0.1mm.

3. The quality of the needle roller sleeve is unqualified or the needle roller is cracked. Repair or replace.

4. Vertical. The working oil output port of the multistage centrifugal pump is blocked. Remove foreign objects.

5. The axial space or radial space of the pump is too small. Adjust from scratch.

6. There is dirt in the vertical multistage centrifugal pump. Crash to root out foreign objects.

7. The device is wrong. The machining datum plane of the two pin holes of the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is not the device datum plane. If the pins are driven in first, and then the screws are tightened, the pump will not turn. The correct way is to tighten the screw while rolling the multi-stage centrifugal pump, and then drill the pin hole and drive the pin.
